A southern gentleman and full-time Civil Engineer, David spends his spare time in the kitchen, trying out new recipes, making up his own dishes and always feeding his family well. He takes those dining on a journey each time, loving to 'travel by food' and experience another culture through the traditional, and not-so traditional fares from faraway places.
David cooks everything, from his own Southern dishes of Low-Country, Cajun, Creole and Barbeque to the more adventurous Greek,Thai, Peruvian and more with wonderful fusion dishes blending favorites from around the world. An avid hunter, fisherman and even gardener of his own herbs and vegetables, David knows how to cook fresh, using what is available to make a dining masterpiece!
